BERNITA BOWER

Bernita O. Bower, 96, of Falls City, passed away Monday, Aug. 24, 2015 in Falls City. She was born on Aug. 27, 1918 at Rulo to the late Mr. and Mrs. Roy Williams.
    She married Milton E. Bower and was a homemaker. The couple raised their children in California, and also lived in Lincoln and Falls City.
    Bernita is survived by two sons, Milton A. (Mary Ann) Bower, of Newport Beach, CA, and Ken (Pam) Bower, of Little Rock, AR; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; and a one-year-old daughter, Jane Ann.
    Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 5, 2015 at the United Methodist Church in Falls City. Interment will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, at Lincoln Memorial Park, 6700 S. 14th St., Lincoln.
