RAELYNNE DUNN

Raelynne Marie (Malone) Dunn, 45, St. Joseph, MO, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2016, at Mosaic Life Care following a three-year battle with cancer.
She was born Jan. 17, 1971, in Lincoln, NE.  She graduated from Crete High School in the Class of 1989 and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Doane College.  She had been a teacher for several years with several school districts.
Raelynne married Brett Dunn on Aug. 7, 1993.
She was preceded in death by her father, Roger Del Malone.
Survivors include her husband of 23 years, Brett; three children, Kaleb, Trevor and Sierra; mother and step-father, Bobbi (Fred) Daugherty, Bensalem, PA; sister, Rachelle Malone, St. Joseph, MO; brother, Rusty Clark (Amanda) Malone, Kansas City, MO; mother and father-in-law, Daniel “Doc” (Sheila) Dunn Jr., Stella, NE; brother-in-law, Josh (Wendy) Dunn; three nieces, Izabella, April and Logan; one nephew, Brayden; and several aunts, uncles and extended family.
Farewell services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday at Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Inurnment to follow at 3:30 p.m. at Prairie Union Cemetery in Rural Shubert The family will gather with friends from 5-7 p.m. Friday at Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory.  Flowers are appreciated and for those wishing to make a contribution, the family requests they be made to the children’s education fund.
