Deanne Bahr

Deanne (Hitchcock) Bahr, 66, of Falls City, NE, passed away May 17, 2021, at Lincoln, NE. She was born March 24, 1955, at Falls City to Dean and Janice (Lehew) Hitchcock.
She married Gary Bahr on July 1, 1977, at Verdon, NE.
Deanne was raised at Verdon and graduated Dawson-Verdon High School in 1973. When married, the couple established their home in Falls City. She worked at Sac and Fox for many years and also worked for Kawres as well. She retired in 2017. She had a green thumb and loved gardening, sewing and most of all, her grandchildren. She was a member of Verdon Christian Church.
Deanne is survived by her husband, Gary, daughters, Tiffany Godemann and her husband Todd, Melinda Dorste and her husband Aaron, all of Falls City, brother, Phil Hitchcock of Verdon, grandchildren, Hailey and Haiden Dorste, Delaney and Hadley Godemann. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 5, 2021, at 11:30 AM at Falls City Elks Lodge. Inurnment will be in Verdon Cemetery.
A book will be available to sign at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home during regular business hours.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials be made to Family Choice for later designation.
