Kenneth “Kenny” L. Sells, 66, of Marysville, Kan., died March 30, 2019, at his home.
Kenny was born August 25, 1952, at Belleville, KS, to Wayne and Leona (Jakabosky) Sells. He graduated from Belleville High School and attended Cloud County Community College.
He spent eighteen years working in the grocery business and then twenty-nine years as an insurance agent for Farm Bureau Financial Services before retiring in 2015.
He married Debbie Ekstrom in 1976. She survives. Other survivors include his children, Johnathan (Monica) Sells, Overland Park, KS. and Graig (Blair) Sells, Parker, CO.; two brothers, twin Keith (Deb) Sells and Doane Sells, all of Belleville, KS; sister, Susan Sells, Stockton, Calif; and six grandchildren, Jack, Mallory, Madelyn, Josiah, Weston a, d Knox.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 3, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Kinsley Mortuary in Marysville. A rosary service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday at St. Gregory’s Catholic Church in Marysville.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, April 4 at St. Gregory’s Catholic Church.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established and will be designated later. Contributions may be sent in care of Kinsley Mortuary.
