Sharon Leederman

Sharon Leederman, 75, of Falls City passed away on September 23, 2018 in Omaha. She was born on  November 1, 1942 in Falls City to Dale and Arlene (Schuetz) Watton.

Sharon was raised in the Dawson area and graduated Dawson High School in 1959. She then attended Peru State College for two years and then moved to Omaha and worked for an insurance company. 

She married Howard Leederman on June 25, 1980 at Annapolis, MD. He passed away April 11, 2014.

She took employment with Gypsum Drywall Contractors International and moved to Washington, D.C. Following her marriage she and her husband opened Limerick Junction at Middleburg, VA. They moved back to Falls City in 1982 and they operated the Harvest House until 1989 when she became employed at Neal Parson’s Law Firm, where she has worked since.

She is survived by step-children: Anthony Leederman and Sarah Habel; brother: Steve (Anita) Watton of Genoa, NE; sister: Pat Deckinger of Lincoln, NE; Peggy Gilkerson of Falls City; nieces and nephews; and three step-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, niece, Trisha Watton, brother-in-law, Bob Deckinger.

Services are currently pending at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.
