Phyllis A. Tubach, 83, of Omaha, formerly of Falls City, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 16, 2017. She was born Jan. 1, 1934.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Dorothy Bechtelheimer.
Phyllis is survived by her husband, Duane E. Tubach; children, Diana S. (Jeffrey) Uhrich and Douglas S. (Dorothy, “Dot”) Tubach; three step-grandchildren; step-great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Allan (Dorothy) Tubach and Donna (Stephen) Tubach-Davis; special caregiver, Nora Bergquist; aunt, Shirley (Gerald) Bucher; and nieces, Lisa Tubach and Heather (Art) Heger Trezize and children.

The family will receive friends from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, at West Hills Church, Omaha, with services to follow at 1. Interment at Evergreen Memorial Park, Omaha. Memorials to West Hills Church. Memorials may be directed to the family, West Hills Church, or charity of your choice.
