The Falls City Lady Tiger Softball Team did much more than capture third place at a regular season tournament Saturday at the Doris Blair Softball Complex in Lincoln.
It did more than improve to 3-1 in doing so.
The team did those things, but more importantly, the Lady Tigers made the most dramatic of statements in the third-place game, beating defending Class C Champion Wahoo High School, 7-3.

A new page will open and please fill out the necessary information in the ‘User Registration’ form below the heading, ‘New User Account With Membership Subscription.’ After you have completed the form, click ‘Register’ and you will be redirected to the Journal’s PayPal account where you can pay for your subscription. After payment is made you will be taken back to the home page where you can use your log-in name and password to begin using your subscription.
