David O. Schatz, 73, of Papillion, formerly of Falls City, died Sunday, Nov. 12, 2013.
Survived by children and spouses: Rachel Schatz, David (Staci) Schatz, Matthew (Tawny) Schatz, all Omaha; three grandchildren; sisters, Donna Houghton, Omaha, Gloria Catlett and Carol Sperry, Liberty, MO, Becky (Bob) Hoover, Sturgeon Bay, WI; brother, Dan (Mary Kay) Schatz, of Napa, CA. Many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary; grandson, Ryan Robert Schatz; parents, Orville and Lenore Schatz; brothers, Paul and Jim Schatz.
Funeral services were Friday, Nov. 15, 2013 at First Lutheran Church in Papillion. Interment at Cedar Dale Cemetery. Memorials to American Cancer Society or First Lutheran Church.
Kahler-Dolce Mortuary, of Papillion, was in charge of arrangements.
