Susan Ann Pawelko, 68, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013. She was born July 21, 1945, in Falls City, the daughter of Virgil and Donna Lee (Gerweck) Faller.
She was a graduate of Falls City High School with the Class of 1963. After graduation, she moved to Lincoln. She married Richard Pawelko April 23, 1966, in Lincoln and they later moved to Omaha. In 1982, they moved to Arizona where she worked in accounting and retired in November 1999.
She is survived by her husband, Richard; two sons, Christopher (Haitao) and Jason (Kristin), both of Phoenix; daughter, Andrea Renee (James) Gabel, Phoenix; five grandchildren; a half-sister, Toni (Don) Crown, Tulsa, OK; three aunts, Dorothy Fisher, Falls City, Gertrude (Warren) Gatz, Hiawatha, KS, and Doris Schwalbach, Highland Park, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Douglas.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held Thursday, Oct. 3, at the Blessed Sacrament Church in Scottsdale, AZ.
