Back row: Assistant coaches Dan Vice and Brooks Ivey, Chase Thompson, Reese Hogue, Wade Witt, Logan Scheitel, Brandt Vice, Derek Bippes and head coach Kory Huppert. Falls City claimed both the Seniors and Juniors NEBKAN Border Battle titles this summer. Auburn, Tecumseh, Sabetha, KS, and Doniphan County, KS, also participated in the tourament. Auburn defeated Doniphan 13-3 in Sunday’s third place game.

 

Falls City Blue Storm and Sabetha, KS both threatened with rallies Sunday evening at SNC Field, but it was the hosts, Falls City, that eventually took advantage in a 5-1 win in the NEBKAN Seniors Border Battle championship game.
