Steven Spinner, 42 of Falls City, was charged with third degree arson, D.U.I., and refusal to submit to a chemical test, after authorities say he tried to set a mailbox on fire.
Spinner allegedly poured gasoline on a bush beside a mailbox in the 800 block of Pacific in the early morning hours of May 9th and tried to set the mailbox on fire. Authorities also noted it was raining at the time.
Spinner is scheduled for arraignment in Richardson County Court on June 3rd.
