Everett Stanly Gilkerson, age 73, of Waveland, passed away on September 27, 2024.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Nellie King Gilkerson; and his sister, Donna Gilkerson Vollmer.
Everett is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Diane S. Banzhof Gilkerson; his children, Danny Gilkerson (Breena), Clifton Gilkerson, and Chad Gilkerson; his siblings, Mary Gilkerson Fawcett (Gordon), Ralph Gilkerson, and Ruth Ann Gilkerson Rowland (Allan); his grandchildren, Daniel, Noah, Jayden, Dillon, Jordana, Chloe, Kayla, Baylee, and Addie; and great-grandchildren, Tripp and William.
Everett was a native of Falls City, Nebraska where he attended Falls City High School. He was employed by the Hancock County Sheriff’s Department and enjoyed fishing.
Arrangements are pending at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, 141 Hwy 90, Waveland.
