Debra Ann Blair, 52 of Falls City, Nebraska died Dec. 22, 2022. She was born Jan. 26, 1970 in Eugene Oregon. She had lived in the Falls City area for the past 10 years after moving from Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her Grandparents, Frank and Ruth Titus of Falls City. Her father Bobby Garland and her husband, James Blair, both from Arkansas.
Survivors include her daughter Taylor Blair of Hiawatha, Ks. Her mother, Jeraldine Mcdonald of Falls City. Friend, Kenny Lewis and her sisters Dawn Smith, Diana Meyers and Danelle Brown all from Falls City and sister Dorena Spitler of Phoenix, Az. Memorial will be private.
