Katherine Ellen “Kem” McHugh, 86, Topeka, Kansas, died December 8, 2020, in Topeka KS. She was born November 11, 1934, in Atchison, Kansas, the only child of Edmund and Helen McCarthy McHugh.
Inurnment was in Falls City Catholic Cemetery Saturday, December 19, 2020.
