Rex Rudder, 37, of Humboldt, passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at Humboldt. He was born March 9, 1979 at Falls City to Rex Rudder and the late Debra (Hayes) Lear.
Rex was raised in Falls City and attended Falls City Public Schools. On July 5, 2003 he married Michele Porter at Falls City. When married, the couple established their home in Falls City and moved to Humboldt in 2008. He was self-employed, working in construction, tree work and as a farm hand. He also worked for the City of Humboldt. He was an avid outdoorsman.
He is survived by his wife, Michele Rudder, of Humboldt; daughters, Ashley and Samantha Rudder, of the home; father, Rex Rudder, of White Cloud, KS; brothers, Aaron (Ariane) Rudder, of Salem, and Jeremy Rudder, of Peru; sister, Cynthia (Brian) Jones, of Kansas City, MO.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 20, 2016 at Candlelight Cabin at Stanton Lake in Falls City. No viewing or visitation.
Dorr & Clark Funeral Home, Falls City, is in charge of arrangements.
