David O. Wisdom, 68, of Falls City, passed away Friday, Jan. 29, 2016 at Falls City. He was born June 28, 1947 at Falls City to the late James Wisdom, Sr. and Violet (Vinsonhaler) Wisdom.
On Aug. 26, 1965 he married Sherry Marrs at Omaha.
David was raised at Falls City and attended Falls City High School. He became employed at Frontier Trailer Factory at Falls City following his schooling. He then worked as a meat cutter at Hinky Dinky, then was a fertilizer applicator for MFA Fertilizer Company for fourteen years. He worked at Airlanco at Falls City and he was last employed at Wengers in Sabetha, KS. He retired in 2012 due to his health.
David is survived by his wife, Sherry, of Falls City; son, Carl (Holly), of Sabetha; brother, Jimmy (Angie), of Falls City; sisters, Judy Allen, of Horton, KS, Cheryl (Randy) Robbins, of Falls City, and Debra White, of Manhattan, KS; three grandchildren; on great-grandchild, with one on the way.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Widsom has been cremated and no services are planned at this time.
Dorr and Clark Funeral Home, Falls City, is in charge of arrangements.
