Sheila Ann Pelletier, 49, of Dawson, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2015. She was born in Falls City on Nov. 26, 1965 to Oscar and Wilma (Cope) Mackey.
She was raised in Spokane, WA, and Falls City. On May 12, 2012 she married Terry R. Pelletier. The couple established their home in Dawson.
During her life, Sheila enjoyed many outdoor activities and was especially fond of fishing and bargain hunting with her husband.
Sheila is survived by her loving husband; sisters, Jean (Carl) Nichols, of Pawnee City, Marjie (Terry Feighner) Mackey, of Falls City, Robin (Robert Hillard) Watson, of Falls City, and Penny (Tom Auxier) Pfohl, of Dawson; brother, Steve (Billie) Mackey, of Auburn; many nieces and nephews, including special young nieces, Aaluxus Haug and Mckenzie Nichols, both of Falls City, and Mariah Snider, of Pawnee City; special nephews, Jaxx Morehead, Karter Holbrook, Brayden Nichols and Alex Pelletier, all of Falls City; mother-in-law, Edna Austin, of Falls City; one brother-in-law and four sisters-in-law.
Sheila was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, David and Oscar Mackey.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015 at Northridge Church, 1820 Morton St., Falls City, with Pastor Ryan Weaver officiating. A light lunch, hosted by the churches’ ladies ministry, will follow. Per Sheila’s wishes, cremation services were administered; Aspen Cremation and Burial Services of Lincoln was in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Northridge Church.
