Ronald D. Feighner, 75, of Falls City, passed away Monday, May 25, 2015. He was born Feb. 15, 1940 at Shubert to the late Dean and Esther (Schulenberg) Feighner.
Ronald was raised at Rulo and attended Rulo Schools. Following his schooling, he worked various jobs before becoming employed by Richardson County as a welder for 30 years. He retired in 1998 due to his health.
On Oct. 18, 1960 he married Delores Noyes at Falls City.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Delores, of Falls City; children, Rick (Elisa) Feighner, of Falls City, Julie (Kenneth) Davis, of Reserve, KS, Jeff (Kim) Feighner, of Wilbur, and Christa Feighner, of Falls City; brothers, Virgil (Marcia) Feighner, of Falls City, and Robert (Sherry) Feighner, of Arizona City, AZ; sisters, Rita (Roy) Adams, of Lincoln, Betty Henry and special friend Jerry Kuker, of Falls City, Connie Eichelberger and special friend Vino Mendez, of Hiawatha, KS; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Tom and Herbert; sisters, Luella Harris and Barbara Stice; and a granddaughter, Hailey, in infancy.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 28, 2015 at Steele Cemetery, with David Clark officiating. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Wednesday at Dorr & Clark Funeral Home, Falls City.
