Aileen Fredricks, 85, of Falls City, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at Falls City. She was born Jan. 23, 1930 at Austin, MN, to the late Walter and Camelia (Frederickson) Anderson.
Aileen was raised at Austin and graduated from Austin High School in 1948. She worked as a switch board operator for many years in Minnesota.
In 1954, she married William Fredericks at Minnesota and they were later divorced.
When the couple married, they established their home in the Minneapolis area and later moved to Algonquin, IL, where she lived until moving to Falls City in 2014 to be near her son and daughter-in-law.
She is survived by a son, Gerry (Debbie) Fredricks, of Falls City; sisters, Helen Korsord, of Burnsville, MN, and Shirley Severtson, of Cathedral, CA; granddaughter, Caitlan Fredricks.
Aileen was preceded in by her parents; sons, William “Fritz” and Arnold Fredricks; daughters, Diane Fredricks and Camelia, in infancy.
Funeral services will be held at a later date. Dorr & Clark Funeral Home, of Falls City, is in charge of arrangements.
