SHARON BENTLEY MITCHELL

Sharon Bentley Mitchell, 53, passed away peacefully on Friday, Feb. 6, 2015 at Silverdale,WA, with her dog “Skippy” lying protectively at her side. She was born July 8, 1961, at Community Hospital in Falls City. She was almost six years old when her father, a member of the Navy Seabees, got orders to California.

She may be remembered as a teenager in Falls City. Sharon, her aunt, Kay Schulenberg, and sister, Lisa, were called “The Three Musketeers.” They were able to come back to Falls City every year until l978.

Sharon leaves behind her three children, Tish Olsen, of Silverdale, Chuck III (Hollie), of Paulsbo, WA, and Ashley Mitchell and her husband-to-be, Eric, of Auburn, WA; her parents, Tom and Donna Bentley, of Falls City; grandchildren, Harley Avery, Gavin Hudson and Camden; her ex-husband, Chuck Jr., and wife, Hanna. They all live in Washington state, around Silverdale and Paulsbo. Sharon also is survived by her brother, Mike; sisters, Debbie and Lisa; aunts and uncles.

A memorial of her life was held Feb. 10 at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Chuck and Hollie. Hollie’s mother prepared the food and church ladies made the desserts.

Sharon was cremated and interment will be at a later date.
