MINNIE A. GERMAN

Minnie Alice German, of Farmerville, LA, was born Jan. 27, 1921 and went to her heavenly home May 16, 2014.
    She was a retired CNA. She loved working in her flowerbeds and garden; loved cooking for family and friends, especially homemade bread, lemon meringue pies and no bake cookies. And she made the best fried chicken.
    Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville, with Bro. David Martin officiating. Burial followed in Ward Chapel church of Christ Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home.
    She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Nettie Koso; husband, Ray German, who passed away in 1985; one son, Roger German, who passed away in 2010; two brothers and one sister.
    Left to cherish her memory are her children, Mary Allice Caraway, of Yakima, WA, Margaret Reid, of Farmerville, Ray Lee German, of Agenda, KS, Roger Leon German, of Farmerville, and Merilyn Anderson, of Porum, OK; a brother, Darrel Koso, of Rulo; grandchildren and several other relatives and her beloved dog, Dupus.
