Daniel D. Gentry, 63, of Falls City, formerly of Salem, passed away Monday, June 23, 2014 at the Falls City Community Medical Center.
He was directly cremated and the family will have a graveside memorial service at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 28 at the Maple Cemetery in Salem.
No visitation is scheduled.
He is survived by his wife, Gina, daughter, Claire, and son, Nicholas Gentry, all of Falls City; sister, Brenda Corliss, of Raynham, MA; other relatives and friends.
Hall Funeral Home, of Falls City, is in charge of arrangements.
