Humane Society Lifetime Membership to Mary Whitehouse

Mary Whitehouse, center, has been a leader in the support of the local Humane Society, including sponsoring Pet Adoption Day at etc., donating the use of her billboard at Yesterday’s Closet, while being a longtime business member.

Mary “always says yes when we ask her for help,” said Julie Phroper of the Humane Society.  Mary also was instrumental in the development of Falls City’s Dog Park.

For all of her efforts, the Humane Society recently presented Mary with a Lifetime Membership.

“Thanks, Mary,” Julie said.  “You are a valuable asset to our community and the Humane Society of Richardson County.”
