Richard Jones, Jr., 65, of Falls City, NE, passed away September 3, 2022 at Falls City. He was born on July 31, 1957 at Frankfort, Germany to Richard and Rita (Noll) Jones, Sr.
Richard was raised in Denver and enlisted in the United State Marine Corp on October 6, 1976 at Denver, CO. He earned a Rifle Marksman Badge and Good Conduct Medal and was honorably discharged on September 19, 1979 as a Lance Corporal. Following his discharge he returned to Denver where he became an over the road truck driver. He moved to Hiawatha, KS in 2000 where he worked as a baker. When married the couple established their home in Falls City and he worked at Pizza Hut and then in the kitchen of the Trails Inn at Rock Port, MO. He retired in 2012 due to his health.
Richard is survived by his wife Georgia of Falls City, sons, Jim Radley and his wife Kim of Council Bluffs, IA, Tim Radley and his wife Angel of Spark, NV, Jeremy Radley and his wife Tish of Falls City, daughter-in-law, Tami Acton of Falls City, seventeen grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, niece, Brooke Reed and a nephew, Bob Thomas and their families. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Georgia Collier and a son, Tony Acton.
Mr. Jones has been cremated and services will be held at a later date.
