Chance Dunback, 19, of Salem was sentenced to four years of Intensive Supervision Probation with the Work Ethic Camp located in McCook for his role in a home invasion last summer. Dunback was found guilty of burglary, aid or abet, and attempted robbery, aid or abet, both Class III felonies.
The charges stemmed from a home break-in last July in which Dunback and 22-year-old Daniel Worton of Falls City broke into a home at 202 East 8th St. in Falls City, pointed a gun at the home owner and demanded medication.
In January, Worton plead no contest to a pair of Class IV felonies as part of a plea agreement. He was sentenced in February to five years of Intensive Supervision Probation with the Work Ethic Camp located in McCook.
