Larry E. Nedrow, of Waverly, NE, passed away on November 30, 2017. He was born in Falls City, to the late Mildred R. (Grush) (Nedrow) Fritz and Dale L. Nedrow.
Larry was raised in Falls City, and graduated from Falls City High School, Peru State College and attained a Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
He is survived by wife, Charlotte (Hershberger) Nedrow, daughters, Stephanie (Kevin) Swanson, Syracuse; Heather (Marvin) Rubenking, Waverly; grandchildren: Caden and Carley Rubenking, Waverly; Quincey and Kaleb Swanson, Syracuse; brothers, Drs. James Nedrow, Beatrice; Donald (Lloya) Fritz, Lincoln; nieces, Brooke, Kara and Michelle; nephew, Tyler; mother-in-law, Marcella Hershberger Niedfeldt, Lincoln; brother-in-law Larry (Jan) Hershberger, Tecumseh; cousins and numerous friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents and step-father, Leonald Fritz; father-in-law, Charles Hershberger; sister-in-law, Sandy Nedrow; uncles and aunts, Ward (Jean), Glenn (Hazel), Robert (Marjorie) Grush; nephews, Blake Nedrow and Michael Hershberger; childhood friend, Sam Thomas.
Per Larry’s request, there will be no funeral service. Private inurnment service will be held at graveside. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Nebraska Polio Survivors’ Association, 5809 South 107th Street Omaha, NE 68127.
