GAYLE GORDON

Gayle Gordon, age 70, a resident of Chillicothe, MO, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017, at John Knox Village, Lee’s Summit, MO. Gayle was born the daughter of Everard A. (Sarge) and Eunice (McBride) Curtis on Dec. 12, 1946 in Falls City, NE.
She worked as a Nursing Assistant for Dr. Roger Fraser and Dr. Christopher Hulett for many years. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, watching sci-fi movies, and having cocktails with her friends.
Survivors include one son, Craig (Donna) Gordon, of Lee’s Summit, MO; four grandchildren, Lauren Gordon, Caden Gordon, Megan Batusic, and Lane Batusic; one niece, Kimberli Brennan and Janice Reed; two nephews, Dr. Curt  (Connie) Brennan, and Sean (Ellie)  Brennan; three great nephews, Colin Brennan, Cameron Brennan, and Hunter Brennan; one great niece, Erin Brennan; and one brother-in-law, Mike Brennan of Clearwater, FL.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Sharon Brennan.
A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, March 3, 2017, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, March 3, 2017, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. A private family inurnment will be held at Steele Cemetery, Falls City, Nebraska, at a later date.
