CHARLES LOGHRY

Charles Edward Loghry, 79, of Falls City, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2016 at Falls City. He was born on Sept. 19, 1936 at Omaha to the late Edward Loghry and Christina (McKenzie) Zimmerman.  
    He Attended Omaha schools until he entered the Nebraska State Home at Beatrice. Charles left the state home in 1962 and moved to Falls City to live with his stepfather and mother. While in Falls City, he worked for Stephenson Hotel, A&G Steakhouse, mowed yards and collected cans for recycling.
    He was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul’s Catholic Church.
     Charles is survived by cousins.
     He was preceded in death by his parents; half-siblings, Spark, Nellie and Violet.
     Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Falls City, with Fr. Thomas Dunavan officiating. Interment will be at the Falls City Catholic Cemetery. A Parish Rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Dorr & Clark Funeral Home, Falls City.
