Earl Dean Elwonger, 91, of Lincoln, passed away Saturday, Nov 22, 2014. He was born Jan 8, 1923 in Richardson County to Clarence and Alva Elwonger.
Immediate survivors include: wife, Ernestine; children, Leslie (Veronica) Elwonger, of Trinity, FL, and Linda (Alfred) Stark, of Lincoln; granddaughters, Jennifer (Kyle) Sajevic, of Lincoln, and Heather (Brian) Graham, of St. Joseph, MO; great grandsons Caleb and Josh Sajevic, and Carter Graham; brothers, Dewey (Marian) Elwonger, of Lynwood, WA; Waldo (Marlene) Elwonger, of Sundance, WY, and Clifford Elwonger, of Falls City; sister-in-law, Patricia Elwonger, of Victoria, TX; and brother-in-law, Jim Smith, of Oakley, KS.
Earl was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Audrey Babcock and Beverly Smith; brother, Clarence Elwonger; sister-in-law, Virginia Elwonger, and brother-in-law, Laurence Babcock.
A Memorial Service was held Saturday, Nov. 29, 2014 at Lincoln Christ United Methodist Church.
