The 50-year class of 1964 was honored when approximately 220 alumni and spouses met Sunday, June 22, at the annual dinner of the Falls City High School Alumni Association at Prichard Auditorium.
Mike Castle of the Class of l965 was the emcee. The invocation was prayed by Paul Weinert.
In his welcome presentation, Castle briefly recalled high school years, as did Bill Beasing, who gave the response for the 50-year class. Both men spoke seriously and humorously in brief, excellent talks.
Teachers in the school system who were present were recognized. They included Glenda Nelson, Paul Weinert, Leon Joy, Kathy Martin and Jannie McNeely.
Also introduced were officers and board members of the Alumni Association who make the reunions possible.
