The City of Falls City will conduct a power outage from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. Wednesday, May 7, 2014. The area affected will be bounded by 12th Street on the south and 23rd Street on the north; Barada Street on the east and Abbott on the west. The outage is not expected to last more than two hours.
“We plan on scheduling a power outage on our circuit #5,” Utility Supt. Alan Romine said. “There is a pole that needs to be changed that we cannot get to safely without disconnecting the power. We believe we have selected a time when this will be least disruptive to our customers and apologize to our customers for the inconvenience.”
