Richardson County Sheriff Randy Houser has filed for re-election.
Houser, who is completing his first term as RC Sheriff, filed last week for the Republican Party nomination, making him the first person to file for any of the positions up for election in 2014. The primary election will be held May 13, 2014.
Incumbents have until Feb. 18, 2014 to file for election regardless of what position they seek. Nonincumbents have until March 3, 2014 to file.
