Dickey’s Barbecue in Falls City has reportedly closed its doors while new management takes over and the location makes some updates.
Dickey shut down operations a couple of weeks ago with no notice. At last check, there were no signs posted alerting the public to the closing or for how long.
There is currently no exact date the restaurant will re-open, but Greer Martin, Dickey’s Public Relations Manager, said the location is expected to re-open in mid to late September.
“Ownership of the store is under transition, and our guests can expect the same beloved legit Texas Barbecue come September,” said Martin.
Dickey’s Barbecue opened its 117 E. 17th location in Falls City in May 2015.
