Michael C. “Mike” Schaible, 64 of Falls City passed away December 9, 2017. He was born August 28, 1953 at Falls City to the late John “Jack” Schaible and Margaret (Stump) Schaible.
Mike was raised in Falls City and graduated from Falls City High School in 1972. He studied carpentry at Southeast Community College in Milford for one year. He then worked at MFA Plant Foods and James Oil Company. He was a welder at Airlanco and Wasp until he retired in 2012. Mike was an author who wrote under the name “Uncle Mike” and he was an avid artist.
He married Valarie Schulenberg on February 24, 1989 at Falls City.
He is survived by his wife Valarie of Falls City, his son Austin Schaible of Falls City and a brother John and his wife Gloria of California.
He was preceded in death by his Parents and a sister; Ruth Arnold.
There will be a private family graveside service held at a later date. There will be no viewing or visitation.
