Dollie Mae (Wisdom) Liebsch, 97, entered into heaven on April 15, 2025 at her home in Rockaway Beach, MO. Dollie was born November 3, 1927 in Salem, Nebraska. She is one of six children born to Vessie and Tressie (Halbert) Wisdom.
She married the love of her life, Otto Max Liebsch. She was a good wife and mother to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved to work in her garden and grow flowers. She was a member of the Beacon of Hope Church in Rockaway Beach. Her favorite verse was Psalm 23 and her favorite song was the Old Rugged Cross. Dollie loved the Lord and loved serving the Lord.
Dollie was preceded in death by her parents, Vessie and Tressie, brothers, Vernon, Jim, Bill, Buster and Dewey, husband, Otto Max Liebsch, granddaughter, Dawn Renee (Liebsch) Overstreet and a son, Larry Ray Liebsch, Sr.
Her presence, wisdom and love will be deeply missed by her daughters, Sherry (Liebsch) McKichan of Rockaway Beach and Nancy (Liebsch) Gordan of Kansas City, MO, grandchildren, Gene McKichan, Scott Gordon, Cody Gordon and Larry Liebsch Jr. and great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed by all.
Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home with Lauri Beach officiating. Interment will be in Steele Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.
