Claire Michele Gentry, 45, of Falls City was born November 22, 1977, in Falls City, Nebraska to Daniel and Gina (Fritz) Gentry. She was raised in Salem, Nebraska and attended school there through the fourth grade. Claire started fifth grade at Dawson-Verdon and graduated from Dawson-Verdon High School with the class of 1996. After graduating she continued her education by taking college courses. Claire was currently working data entry for an aging agency in Hiawatha, Kansas.
Claire passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at the University of Kansas Health Systems in Kansas City, Kansas having reached the earthly age of forty-five years, one month and six days.
She was preceded in death by her father and both of her grandparents.
Claire is survived by her loving mother Gina Gentry of Falls City, NE; brother Nicholas Gentry of Falls City, NE; an aunt Brenda Corliss of Raynham, MA; an uncle Dennis Fritz of San Diego, CA; and many other relatives and friends.
Memorial Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 21, 2023 at the Jehovah’s Witnesses Church in Falls City, Nebraska with Elder Brad officiating.
Inurnment will be at the Maple Cemetery in Salem, Nebraska.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family’s choice with a later designation.
