Kelley Sue Barker, 55, of Falls City, was born on June 14, 1965, in Falls City, Nebraska, to Robert E. and Karen M. (Rhodd) Voter. She was raised in Falls City, Nebraska, where she received all of her schooling. Kelley moved near Golden City, Missouri, before returning to Falls City in 2001. Kelley was a homemaker most of her life and was a proud, loving mother of her two wonderful children, Zoie and James.
On Wednesday, February 24, 2021, Kelley passed away at the Falls City Care in Falls City, having reached the earthly age of fifty-five years, eight months and ten days. She was preceded in death by her mother, Karen (Harry) Foote, a brother Mark and a niece Andrea.
Left to cherish Kelley’s memory are her children: Zoie Barker of Falls City, James McGinnis of Falls City, siblings: Kris Keller of Falls City, Sherie Elms of Falls City, Martin Elms and wife Erynne of Bern, KS; John Elms and wife Nancy of Falls City; and many other aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
A Private Family Graveside Memorial Service will be held at the Tesson Cemetery in White Cloud, Kansas, at a later date.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the family with a later designation.
