MONTA MACKEY

Monta Adele Mackey, 50, of San Antonio, TX, passed away suddenly on June 11, 2016. She was born on May 15, 1966 to Lawrence and Joyce (Kelsay) Wiltse.
Monta was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church. She grew up on the family farm in rural Falls City and graduated from Falls City High School in 1984. She married Cliff Mackey in 1988 and they later divorced. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in psychology/sociology from Peru State College and a Master’s Degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.  She was currently employed at United Behavioral Health in San Antonio.
Monta is survived by her daughter, BreAnna and granddaughters Gabriela and Reyna, of Hiawatha; mother, Joyce Wiltse, brothers Terry (Jennifer) and Kevin (Mary), nephew, Drew and niece, Amie Wiltse, all of Falls City.  
She was preceded in death by her father, Lawrence and niece, Kelly Dianne Wiltse.
