He graduated from Falls City High School in 1965 and immediately joined the U.S. Navy. Larry wed Susanne Constantine on July 10, 1966 after a long-distance relationship. He and Susanne lived in Milton, FL before moving back to Falls City in 1969.

Larry was a “jack-of-all-trades,” holding jobs as a maintenance man, carpenter, electrician, appliance repairman and as a substitute minister.
His biggest passions were serving the Lord, his family and fishing. Larry knew the Bible from cover-to-cover and wasn’t afraid to share scripture. He served as both a deacon and an elder.
