Willard E. “Bill” Mason, 82, of Lincoln, passed away March 6, 2015. He was born Aug. 31, 1932 to Herbert and Letty Mason at Louisville.
Bill served in the US Army from 1953 to 1954. On June 12, 1955, he was united in marriage to Gailya Percival at Falls City.
Survivors include his wife, Gailya “Gay” Mason; children, Kimberly (Randy) Creech, and Timothy (Linda) Mason; grandchildren, Stefanie (Shane) Will-Creech, Bradley Mason, Eric Mason, and Marc Mason; great-grandson, Brady Creech; sisters, Audrey Steinkamp and Janice Amick; as well as nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Thelma; and a daughter, Jennifer Mason.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 5-7 p.m. Monday March 9, 2015 at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home. Casual attire is requested. Memorials in Willard’s name may be directed to the family.
