Lynda M. Perdue, 66, of Falls City, passed away Sunday, Dec. 28, 2014 at Bryan LGH East Hospital in Lincoln. She was born on July 9, 1948 in Falls City, one of five children of Francis and Marjorie (Lueds) Egner.
Lynda was raised in Falls City and graduated from Falls City High School. After finishing school, Lynda moved to Coer d’ Alene, ID. In 1983, Lynda and her children moved back to Falls City and in 1987 moved to Auburn. She worked at the nursing home for many years. Lynda had moved back to Falls City in the past two years.
She is survived by her daughter, Robin (Ron) Rockemann, of Auburn; grandchildren, Lee and Alicia St. Clair, Kaylie, Sierra and Emily Allison, and Amber, Brittany and Kierra Rockemann; brothers, David (Paula) Egner, of Council Bluffs, IA, and Rick (Kerri) Egner, of Lincoln; sister, Mary Tackett, of Falls City; other relatives and friends.
Lynda was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Angie Marick; two sons, Danny and Timothy Perdue; and one brother, Paul Egner.
Funeral Services were held Saturday, Jan. 3, 2015 at the Hall Funeral Chapel in Auburn. Burial followed at the Sheridan Memorial Cemetery west of Auburn. Visitation was Friday, Jan. 2, at the funeral home.
