GRAYDON KIRKPATRICK

Graydon Kirkpatrick, 45, of Rulo, passed away Sept. 2, 2014 at Omaha. He was born Dec. 26, 1968 at Topeka, KS, to Henry Roberts and the late Jane (Reding) Kirkpatrick.

Graydon served in the U. S. Navy.

On July 28, 1989 he married Cindy Adams at Topeka.

Graydon was raised at Topeka and enlisted in the U. S. Navy. After his service he moved back to Topeka. The couple established their home in Topeka when married and he attended KAW Area Vocational School and graduated in 1993 as an electrician and plumber. He worked in Topeka until moving to Rulo in 1995. He worked for the Falls City Hospital and for the last 18 years was employed for Sara Lee Foods in St. Joseph, MO.

Graydon is survived by his wife, Cindy, of Rulo; daughter, Ashley Kirkpatrick, of Rulo; son, Alex, of Rulo, father, Henry Roberts, and his wife, Vicky Lowe, of Rulo; brother, Cooper Roberts, of Auburn; half-sister, Lisa Newhouse, of San Antonio, TX; and a granddaughter.

 The body of Mr. Kirkpatrick has been cremated and a memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 12, 2014 at Dorr & Clark Funeral Home in Falls City with Rev. Fay Ann Blaylock officiating.
