Richardson County Sheriff Deputies Roland Merwin and Jeff Frederick took Kyle H. Wissler, 27, into custody Monday afternoon on an outstanding warrant from Atchison County, MO.
Wissler, of Falls City, was apprehended after appearing in County Court for an unrelated civil case.
The warrant alleges Wissler burglarized a laundromat in Tarkio. Wissler currently has a case pending in Richardson County District Court after being charged with with four felony counts that stemmed from a traffic stop in October of last year.
In March, Wissler was charged with two Class III felonies, burglary and possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person, as well as a pair of Class IV felonies, theft by unlawful taking and possession of burglar’s tools.
A habitual criminal charge was also levied against Wissler by the prosecution, due to Wissler’s prior felony convictions.
