DIANA DAVIDSON

Diana S. Davidson, 59, a business owner, departed this life, March 9, 2017, after a continued battle with cancer. She was born Feb. 5, 1958.
Diana moved to Missouri in 1978, from Columbus, Ohio. She was a loving, devoted wife and mother. She enjoyed her home and the peace and tranquility it offered her. She enjoyed crocheting and cooking. Her most favorite holiday was Thanksgiving, where people came together and enjoyed good company and food. She was also into guns and shooting targets.
She was preceded in death by her father, Dale W. Herron and her mother and stepfather, Ollie M. Weist and Paul R. Weist.
She is survived by her loving husband, James R. “Jim” Davidson and their two fur babies, Daisy Mae and Stella Bella, of the home. Additional survivors include her two sons, L.E. Carter II, of New Braunfels, Texas, and Samuel Wade, of San Angelo, Texas. Also, Austin Hunter and Makayla Wade, grandchildren, of Lacey, Wash. Sisters and brothers, Patricia (John) Wade, of Scott Depot, W.V., Teresa (Albert) Hayes, of Columbus, Ohio, Roger (Debi) Weist, of Sarcoxie, Mo., David (Sarah) Weist, of Carroll, Ohio. Step-sons, Colten and Cody Davidson; step-granddaughter Aubree Davidson, all of Hatley, WI; father and mother-in-law, Jim and Peggy Davidson, Falls City; and many cousins and nephews.
Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 25, at Standing at the Cross Christian Church, 1763 County Road 110, Carthage, MO 64836.
