William Dazel Vernon Maddux

William Dazel Vernon Maddux was born on December 2, 2006, in Wichita, KS. He grew up in Omaha, NE. Will was baptized at Immanuel Lutheran Church and a confirmed member of Bethany Lutheran Church.

Will was an avid outdoorsman and loved spending his time fishing and hunting all over Nebraska and surrounding states. He also enjoyed helping on the family farm.

Will was an athletic young man. He played football and ran track during his junior high and high school years. His true passion was weightlifting. Anyone who met Will could immediately see how committed he was to being the best version of himself.

Will was very well liked and respected by his peers. He was a great student and received many compliments from teachers about how hard he worked. He was a kind soul and had a very strong love for animals. He always had a smile on his face and was eager to help others. Will was a hard worker and put 100% into everything he did.

To many, Will appeared to be a quiet guy that kept to himself. Those close to him were fortunate enough to see his wonderful sense of humor, quick wit, and ability to land a perfectly timed joke. His presence alone lit up the room.

Will brought so much joy to his family that can never be put into words. He will be missed every day by those who knew and loved him.
