Terry Bentley of Barada, NE – born on Oct. 29, 1958 to Pat and Paula Bentley, went home to be with Jesus early Monday morning Oct. 25, 2021.
Terry proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1980-82. He married Cindy O’Connor in 1982 and three daughters were born to this union. He later married Angela Stanton in 1993 and raised four additional children.
Terry spent many years bi-vocationally in a variety of occupations as he served his Lord in ministry in several states. He was most recently employed at Fast Global Solutions in Falls City for four years.
Terry was preceded in death by his father Pat Bentley, and his brother Lawrence.
He is survived by his mother Paula Bentley of Cabool, MO; wife, Angela Bentley of Sidney, IA; his daughters Laura (Nick) Blakesley of Lincoln, NE, Heather Bentley of Lincoln, NE, Denae Bentley of CO; step children, Joshua (Jennifer) Stanton of Helena, MO, Jessica Stanton of St. Joseph, MO, Jase Stanton, El Dorado, KS and Mariah (Bret) Quimby of Cleveland, OK; two brothers, Tom and Phyllis Bentley of Wasola, MO and Loren (Joyce) Bentley of Cabool, MO and sister Rayleen (Dean) Martin of Macomb, MO; nine grandchildren, one great grandson, and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service with military honors will be held at Valley Avenue Baptist Church in Falls City, NE on Saturday, Nov. 6 at 10:30 am. Rev. Ben Moore will officiate.
