Wilma Faye Scholl, 85, of Falls City, NE, passed away December 7, 2020, in Falls City. She was born October 6, 1935, in Verdon, NE, to William and Theresa (Griffiths) Taylor.
She married Robert Scholl on November 19, 1961, at Verdon. He passed away on November 29, 2007.
Wilma was raised at Verdon and graduated from Verdon High School in 1953. When married, the couple established their home in Falls City, where she was a homemaker. She was a lifetime resident of Falls City. She enjoyed helping in the care of her grandchildren. She was a member of First United Methodist Church.
Wilma is survived by her daughters, Amy Beth Surman and her husband Gene of Falls City, Nancy Faye Kyle and her husband Richard of Osage City, KS, granddaughters, Karey Heiserman and her husband Eric of Osage City, Tressa Chandler and her fiancé Brent Edgecomb of Lenexa, KS, great-granddaughter, Kaitlyn Heiserman, a brother, Dale Taylor of Falls City and a sister, Caryl Young and her husband Wilfred of Falls City. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a sister, Della Mae Meyer.
A private graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 10, 2020, at 2:00 PM at Verdon Cemetery, with Reverend Young Je Kim officiating.
