Falls City resident arrested on drug charges in Auburn

The following is a press release provided by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office:

“Two search warrants executed by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office within the past couple of weeks have resulted in the arrest of six individuals on drug related charges.

On Apr. 18, deputies with the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant on an apartment in the 1900 block of Courthouse Avenue in Auburn. As a result of that search, William Davis, age 55; Daniel Hall, age 41; and Jarod Mowery, age 37; all of Auburn, were arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

On May 8, the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from the Nebraska State Patrol, served a search warrant on a residence in the 1800 block of L Street, also in Auburn. As a result of that search, Alecia Humphrey, age 50 of Falls City, and Vincent Taylor, age 52 of Auburn, were arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and Gary Vaugh, age 58 of Auburn, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.”
