Mark A. Bentley, 51, of Falls City, passed away Monday, May 26, 2014. He was born Dec. 28, 1962 at Falls City to the late Wayne and Bonnie (Grimes) Bentley.
Mark was raised in Falls City and graduated from Falls City High School in 1981 and entered the U.S. Navy. He worked as an engineer for the Union Pacific Railroad in North Platte until he retired in 2009 due to his health.
Survivors include his son, Ethan Bentley, of North Platte; brother, Jeff (Alice) Bentley, of Falls City; sister, Kae (Bob) Kirkendall, of Falls City; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Kevin; and a sister-in-law, Anita.
Funeral services will be held at a later date. Dorr & Clark Funeral Home, of Falls City, is in charge of arrangements.
